Creative Director Full Time

Job Description :

• Collaborate with our brand/marketing team to generate innovative ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
• Ensure that layout and design adhere to brand and production standards, implementing best practices
• Facilitate effective communication between the department, in-house team, and freelance designers to meet project requirements
• Stay abreast of trends, analyze new data, and remain up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
• Lead brainstorming meetings and creative sessions to foster collaboration and drive exceptional outcomes
• Oversee the department’s workflow, assign project workloads, and monitor deadlines and budgets

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects is an advantage)
• Bonus points for UX/UI knowledge
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin
• Minimum 1-2 years of senior designer experience
• A creative and strategic thinker with a strong artistic and commercial sense
• Excellent time management skills, capable of delivering tasks within deadlines
• Portfolio required for shortlisted candidates during the interview process
