Customer Service (Chinese & English) Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Chinese and has a basic understanding of English. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and promoting our game services. No education certificate is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Providing technical support for game-related queries and troubleshooting.
4. Promoting our game services and assisting customers with product recommendations.
5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:
