Business Development Full Time

Job Description :

1) Take charge of a diverse portfolio of marketing programs and agents
2) Proactively hunt, recruit, and develop new agents and paid channels in key markets
3) Fuel rapid growth and provide invaluable support to the company’s client sales and marketing objectives
4) Analyze affiliates and channel performance, reporting ROI results, and proposing optimization strategies
5) Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates and channels through regular contact via Skype, telephone, and email
6) Stay up-to-date with affiliate and CPC marketing trends, identifying new opportunities and conducting competitor analysis
7) Collaborate with the Manager to drive business growth based on company targets and KPIs

Requirements :
1) Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media
2) Minimum 1 year of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels, including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and other third-party ad platforms
3) Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients), and Bahasa
4) Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of online marketing tools
5) Experience in marketing agency, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or dropshipping business is a plus
