Business Development Executive Full Time

Job Description : 

• Take charge of a diverse portfolio of marketing programs and agents
• Proactively hunt, recruit, and develop new agents and paid channels in key markets
• Fuel rapid growth and provide invaluable support to the company’s client sales and marketing objectives
• Analyze affiliates and channel performance, reporting ROI results, and proposing optimization strategies
• Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates and channels through regular contact via Skype, telephone, and email
• Stay up-to-date with affiliate and CPC marketing trends, identifying new opportunities and conducting competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the Manager to drive business growth based on company targets and KPIs

Requirements :

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media
• Minimum 1 year of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels, including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and other third-party ad platforms
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients), and Bahasa
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of online marketing tools
• Experience in marketing agency, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or dropshipping business is a plus
